In 2021, Nespresso Professional used their Australian survey research findings to create the Workplace of the Future 2021 Research Report. Detailing the imminent challenges and opportunities facing employers and employees alike, the report also engaged experts and stakeholders to provide supporting insights into the data.

TONE was engaged by POEM Group and tasked with crafting the content and survey findings into a cohesive narrative. This included copywriting, editing and proofreading to ensure relevant findings were written and presented in a consistent tone of voice, while also analysing the data of the findings to identify newsworthy insights that would help position Nespresso Professional as leaders within their field. Throughout the process, TONE was required to review supplied documents the UK research paper, as well as Nespresso Professional’s brand guidelines, value proposition and professional website.
Following the completion of the report, TONE was tasked with creating a number of press releases about the report, which were distributed nationally by Nespresso Professional.
