When TONE was engaged by Poem Agency to work across a new whitepaper that had been commissioned by Nespresso Professional, we were eager to get started and put our journalism and copywriting skills to good use.
The WORKPLACE OF THE FUTURE 2021 REPORT surveyed over 1000 Australian professionals, and featured case studies with relevant key leaders throughout a range of industries.
The team at TONE worked across content strategy, copywriting, editing and proofing to ensure the key findings and their implications for future businesses in a post COVID-19 environment were communicated in an engaging and effective way – and were insightful enough for local media to cover across numerous outlets.
From analysing the research to converting the resulting insights into note-worthy talking points, we re-structured the report to ensure key findings weren’t simply lost in a sea of data and figures.
The Result
In working directly with stakeholders across Poem, Nespresso Professional and the research agency, we were able to deliver a fascinating 28-page document detailing research-backed findings for what Australian businesses will need to do to entice employees back to the office and retain staff going forward.
Once completed and signed-off, TONE was also tasked with crafting the press release for the report.
